Payments are processed through the relevant banks or the payment provider identified at checkout. Those organisations may collect payment, authentication, fraud-prevention and transaction information under their own privacy notices.

UKDP receives payment status and limited transaction references needed to administer the order. We do not ask customers to email payment or online-banking credentials. Transactional order and payment messages are sent from sales@ukdirectpeptides.com; support replies are handled through help@ukdirectpeptides.com.

05 — Who receives information

We share personal information only where reasonably necessary with categories such as:

  • website, hosting, ecommerce, IT, security and backup providers;
  • banks, payment processors and fraud-prevention providers;
  • Royal Mail, overseas postal partners, customs and delivery-support providers;
  • email, customer-support and consented marketing providers;
  • accountants, insurers, legal advisers and other professional advisers; and
  • courts, regulators, law-enforcement or public authorities where required or lawfully requested.

We do not sell personal information.

06 — International transfers

International delivery necessarily sends the recipient’s delivery information to relevant postal and customs organisations outside the UK. Some technology providers may also process data internationally.

Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards for a restricted transfer, we use an available lawful mechanism such as adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an approved addendum, together with appropriate security measures.

07 — Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, including order fulfilment, warranty or complaint handling, tax and accounting, fraud prevention and legal claims. Core transaction and accounting records are generally retained for up to six years or longer where law or an active dispute requires it.

We use proportionate organisational and technical safeguards, access controls and service-provider arrangements. No internet service is completely risk-free, so customers should use a strong unique password and protect account access.

08 — Marketing and cookies

Research updates are sent only where an appropriate permission or other lawful route applies. You can unsubscribe using the message link or by contacting us. Service messages about an order are not marketing.

Cookies and similar technologies are covered by the Cookie Policy. Non-essential technologies are not intended to be activated before any consent required by law.

09 — Your rights and complaints

Subject to the law and any applicable exception, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive personal information, object to processing, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

To exercise a right or make a data-protection complaint, email info@ukdirectpeptides.com. We may need proportionate information to verify identity. We normally respond to rights requests within one month, subject to any lawful extension. We will acknowledge a data-protection complaint within 30 days and explain the outcome without undue delay.

You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

The store is not directed to children and we do not knowingly seek information from anyone under 18. Please contact us if information has been supplied contrary to this statement.

UKDP does not currently make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing.

We may update this notice when services, providers or law change. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
