How UKDP processes and dispatches orders through Royal Mail in the UK and to international destinations where supply and delivery are lawful.

Free UK delivery from £60. UK baskets of £60 or more after discounts qualify for free Royal Mail Tracked 24. Delivery aims are not guarantees.
Orders are normally processed on working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed and paid before 2 pm are eligible for same-day dispatch where the product is in stock and no payment, address, fraud-prevention or compliance check is outstanding.
The cut-off is a dispatch target, not a guaranteed delivery time. Bank-transfer orders enter processing after cleared funds are received and matched to the order.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £3.99. Royal Mail aims to deliver this service within two to three working days.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £4.99. Royal Mail aims to deliver this service on the next working day.
Free Royal Mail Tracked 24 — UK baskets of £60 or more. The qualifying product subtotal is calculated after discounts. The free option is applied automatically at checkout.
Delivery aims are not guarantees. Weekends, bank holidays, weather, postcode exclusions, local service disruption and exceptional demand may affect the time taken by Royal Mail.
UKDP may deliver to countries shown as available at checkout, provided the order, products and destination are lawful and supported by Royal Mail. The delivery charge is based on the destination and service displayed at checkout. The UK free-delivery offer does not apply to international orders.
International Royal Mail items may be handed to a local postal partner for final delivery. The customer is responsible for checking whether the products can be lawfully imported, possessed and used in the destination country. We may refuse or cancel an order where legal, sanctions, carrier or compliance restrictions apply.
Unless checkout expressly says otherwise, the recipient is responsible for import VAT, customs duty, handling charges, permits and other destination-country requirements. Customs processing can delay delivery and is outside UKDP’s control.
The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support immediately if an address needs changing. We can only confirm an amendment if the request is received and actioned before dispatch.
Once an order has entered the Royal Mail network, we cannot normally redirect it. Additional postage may be charged where a parcel is returned because an address was incomplete or incorrect, delivery was refused, customs charges were unpaid, or the item was not collected.
Tracking or delivery confirmation is provided where supported by the selected Royal Mail service. Scans and estimates are supplied by the carrier and may not update in real time.
If an order is delayed, check the tracking information and allow any carrier waiting period to pass before reporting loss. UKDP may need to open an investigation with Royal Mail before a replacement or refund can be considered.
Contact help@ukdirectpeptides.com with the order number if a parcel appears lost, arrives damaged or contains the wrong product. For damage, retain the parcel, packaging, label and contents and provide clear photographs.
Do not dispose of an item while an investigation is open unless UKDP confirms this in writing. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights relating to goods that are faulty, damaged, not as described or not supplied.
For an order-specific delivery question, email support with the order number and checkout email address. We cannot amend an order or address through social-media messages.
